DPWH to Open Kennon Road Temporarily for Panagbenga Festival, PMA Alumni Homecoming
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has reported that Kennon Road will be incidentally opened to light vehicles from February 14 to 18 and from February 22 to March 4 to oblige the drivers going up Baguio City in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) for the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Alumni Homecoming and the Panagbenga Festival.
